ABOUT US
Drumpal are leaders in professional chemical drum
reconditioning, collecting and recycling.
For over 25 years, Drumpal has been providing quality used and reconditioned container drums for the storage and transport of chemicals to various industries. Based in Durban North, our business activities involve purchasing used chemical containers from users, servicing and selling them after they have been properly reconditioned. These reconditioned containers can then be reused for packing chemicals or other goods. Our reconditioned metal & plastic container drums and intermediate bulk containers are practical and cost-effective.
We facilitate the responsible reuse of industrial containers to create win-win situations for industries and the environment. Handling chemical drum recycling can be a challenge for many industries and the environment. We partner with you to take the burden of reporting your waste for you and are licenced to dispose of it responsibily. Our drum reconditioning process follows strict controls to ensure our processes conform to the National Environmental Management Act (NEMA) and municipality by-laws.
OUR PRODUCTS
We offer a full line of reconditioned metal &
plastic drums and intermediate bulk containers.
Reconditioned Metal Drums
Available as tight head or open-top, our reconditioned metal drums are available in 25L, 160L and 210 litres. They are durable, leak-proof, reusable, and relatively low cost. They are often used to store both hazardous and non-hazardous and liquid and solid chemicals that will not cause the metal drum to corrode and mix with the liquid.
Reconditioned Plastic Drums
Our reconditioned plastic open-top drums are available in 25 litres and 210 litres. They can be used to store liquid chemicals and dry materials. They offer less weight, an advantage when you are concerned with the total load of your cargo. Like reconditioned metal drums, reconditioned plastic drums offer significant savings and other benefits.
Reconditioned IBC
Our reconditioned intermediate bulk containers are industrial grade reusable containers that can be used to store and transport bulk liquids, semi-solids, pastes, or solids. They are the more practical containers for bulk storage accommodating up to 1,000 litres in volume. They can be stacked and moved by a forklift or pallet jack
