DrumCycle™ Collection Terms & Conditions

1. The customer confirms that all containers presented for collection are used empty packaging, have been fully emptied, drained and secured, and are prepared in compliance with South African legislation, transport regulations and SANS 10406.
2. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding container quantities, previous contents and GHS classification, and for making Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) available on request.
3. Drumpal reserves the right to refuse collection of containers that are damaged, contaminated, non-compliant or unsafe to handle, or to return such containers to the customer at the customer’s cost.
4. Additional charges may apply where the number of compliant containers differs from the original request, containers are unsuitable for reconditioning or reuse, or IBCs require cleaning, destruction or recycling due to contamination or damage.
5. All collections are performed under licensed waste management and transport permits, and containers will be directed to reuse, recycling or licensed disposal at Drumpal’s discretion.
6. Collection records and documentation will be issued to support regulatory compliance, EPR reporting and audit requirements, where applicable.
7. Submission of this form does not constitute acceptance of a collection date until confirmed in writing by Drumpal.
